减压阀(PRV)

减压阀确保在低于标准系统压力下工作的过程区压力恒定。减压阀的主要目的是通过从过压容器中排气来保护生命和财产。减压阀可以针对每个特定的或需要的下游压力设置,显然,在压力阀的设计限制内。一旦阀门被设置,无论供应压力和系统负荷的变化,都能保持降低的压力。

压力控制阀有各种方法和类型。最常用的类型是弹簧减压阀、差压阀和减压阀。

弹簧减压阀

一种基本的弹簧减压阀用于满足对简单、可靠的系统驱动装置的需求,以提供超压保护。

弹簧式减压阀由安装在加压过程中的阀门入口或喷嘴、在标准系统操作条件下靠在喷嘴上防止流动的阀瓣、保持阀瓣关闭的弹簧、包含功能元件的阀体/阀帽组成。弹簧负载是可调的,可以改变阀门打开时的压力。

当减压阀开始上升时,弹簧力增大。因此,如果要继续提升,系统压力就必须增加。因此,减压阀允许有超压余量以达到其全部升力。对于未点火系统的阀门,允许超压一般为10%。大多数减压阀都有一个二级控制室或聚集室,以增强升力。当阀瓣开始上升时,流体进入控制室,使阀瓣的更大区域暴露在系统压力下。

由于压力阀达到提升后,暴露在系统压力下的面积更大,在系统压力降低到设定压力以下时,阀门才会关闭。控制室的配置指定了关闭点发生的位置。设定压力与关闭点压力之间的差称为排污,用设定压力的百分比表示。
